Deutsche Rechtssprache - 2. Auflage

Učebnice právnické němčiny je určena zejména studentům práva, aplikované lingvistiky, právníkům, tlumočníkům a překladatelům. Jejím cílem je poskytnout studujícím základy právnické němčiny pro jejich budoucí profesní rozvoj a zároveň zlepšit přípravu pro studium na právnických fakultách v německy mluvících zemích.Jednotlivé lekce obsahují učebnicové texty, autentické texty zákona a judikaturu německých soudů, které umožňují osvojit si právní pojmy v systémových souvislostech, porozumět náročnějším textům a ve zjednodušené verzi texty reprodukovat na velmi dobré úrovni. Texty jsou doplněny cvičeními, která rozvíjejí nejen pasivní, ale také aktivní dovednosti (mluvení a psaní) v právním kontextu. Případy a otázky k zamyšlení podporují právní myšlení studentů a umožňují srovnávat německou a českou právní úpravu v německém jazyce. Pro usnadnění práce s texty obsahuje učebnice malé exkurzy do gramatiky (jevy typické pro právní jazyk a odlišné od obecného jazyka, nebo jdoucí nad rámec výuky obecného jazyka na středních školách), ke kterým jsou připojena cvičení k jejich procvičení.Učebnice je rozdělena na dvě části: první část obsahuje obecnější témata o právu a základech německého ústavního práva, druhá část prochází základy systému německého občanského práva a jeho právní úpravy v BGB a připojuje exkurz do civilního procesu.Uživatelskou přívětivost podporují obrázky a ikony definující cíle cvičení.Nově je na závěr připojen klíč správných řešení většiny cvičení.Das Lehrbuch der deutschen Rechtssprache richtet sich auf Studierende der Rechtswissenschaft, der angewandten Linguistik, auf Juristen, Dolmetscher und Übersetzer. Sie bietet den Studierenden das Grundwissen in der deutschen Rechtssprache, das einen besseren Fortschritt in ihrem künftigen Beruf ermöglichen kann. Die einzelnen Kapitel sind aus Lehrbuchtexten und authentischen Gesetzestexten zusammengestellt, so dass die authentische Fachsprache und Ausdrucksweise der deutschen Juristen erlernt wird.
